the location proveed convenient access to local shops. the breakfast offers a variety of options. it includes both hot and cold dishes.

the rooms showed some wear and tear. i noticed dust on top of the wardrobe. it was that dusting had been neglected for some time. the bathroom reveal black mold in the shower corners.

incompetent staff synchronization issues

the bar was a particularly welcome amenity.

I found the lack of advance notice regarding parking arrangements unacceptable. the reception staff demonstrated incompetence. i waited an excessive fifteen minutes during check-in and was asked twice about my journey.

a decent stay

clean room great location broken safe no maintenance

the location met my needs well. walking distance to some restaurants was a plus. the room was also clean when I arrived.

the safe didn't work on the second day of my stay. I was told maintenance does not work weekends so nothing could be done, that was dissapointing.

money reimbursement extra money

the staff was helpful and friendly enough.

the hotel charged my credit card with some extra money above the room price (it was 40€ in my case) and i am still waiting for the reimbursement (i am still sending emails were good. i think that's very nice (never happened to me before).
